Had a wash out?

Hi, maximax8, I like firework very much, which is beautiful. when new year comes, my husband and I will go to a firework display in the suburban area.that is so charming and I am looking forward to the next amazing firework already.

Hello maximax. We have fireworks display for a few times, especially when it is a grand festival like National Day and some other major festivals. It looks wonderful, but I myself don't buy any fireworks as it is costly though I like to watch it.

We usually have a fireworks display every fourth of July at the old airport on Airport Road, which is just another road over from where I live. We didn't have it this past July due to the economy, though. I did go to one out on Smith Lake, though, which is about ten miles north of here. It was so beautiful, too, and so much fun to see all the boats out on the lake. Our mayor here in Jasper said we might have a fireworks display at the old airport next year depending on how the economy is. I had a wash out day several years ago when I was out riding horseback, lol! I couldn't believe how wet I got! Kathy.

Hello Maximax. No never had a wash out for fireworks. But this past month it would rain for days and the roads was covered with water and we were stuck going the long way around to where ever we had to go. We are sick of the rain. The creeks are just now starting to get back to normal. A friend of ours had a 4foot drop off right down the road he has to go to get out. I hate to plan something and then the rain comes and our plans have to be changed cause of the weather. Hope you have a better day today then the day your fireworks got canceled!
