Paranormal activity - the movie! I am the only one who thought

thanks for letting me know, my son said he thought it was going to be boring as well. I may watch it when it comes on tv or maybe not.

I thought it was a dumb rip off. Actually, there was another discussion similar to this here. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who thinks that the movie is just not worth it. I found it fairly predictable and boring.

i guess it comes of age and experience. The "reality" formula seems not to be working to some mature audience. to teens this might be good.

I liked it. it wasn't scary at all but it was pretty interesting and can't say it was boring.

You're not the only person that thought this move was a yawn. My husband and I watched it the day before yesterday and thought that it was completely boring. I couldn't believe that so many people enjoyed the movie. I guess though, that it would depend on the person and what type of movies you like. We didn't watch the rest of the movie, until yesterday. We wanted to see how the ending would end. And after watching the end of the movie, it was still a bore. I think that they should have at least showed something on film. Like the girls boyfriend being stabbed or something. But still nothing. I was like man. I am not a person that likes watching scary movies, and this movie did not scare me at all and supposedly its supposed to be the most scariest movie ever. My husband on the other hand loves scary movies and he did not in the least bit enjoy this movie at all.

Ok so glad to hear this!! lol My boyfriend has been driving me absolutely mad over watching this movie. I keep wandering if there is dirty stuff in it because I dont like nastiness? Maybe you could answer that one for me. So he made me watch a bunch of trailers to it on youtube which he thought looked awesome and I didn't. Isn't this the movie that cost under 15K to make? Anyways glad to know this before I let him drag me to it.

I don't go to movie theaters any more. I wait until they come on Video on Demand or one of my movie channels. The movie is free, the popcorn less than a dollar & the Coke only 33 cents. If I miss something, I can back it up & watch it again. There's NOBODY talking over the good parts & I can go to the bathroom without losing my seat!!! If I don't enjoy it, I'm out of less than $1.50. However, I can tell you that you re NOT the ONLY one who didn't care for this movie. A friend of mine rushed out to see it on the first day...boy was she disappointed!!!

Thanks for your comment.I just planned to watch it tonight together with my girlfriend.But from the review I read it's about real paranormal activity.So, better seek another scary movies.

I thought it was boring also. Made me think of how much I hated Blair Witch Project as well. My friend told me it was good, so I took his advice. I will know better next time.
