When I make burgers at home I stack them in the following order: Lettuce Tomato Beetroot Pattie Cheese Sauce Do you do it differently? Are there other things you put on? Do you know why most burgers are made in this order, instead of the reverse?

Ah my favorite. I always put mayo on the top bun with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, onions and the cheese on the burger. Now i want one.

Mayo is great on a chicken burger. Never tried it on a beef burger before. Making burgers tonight so I might she try that. Hope you got your burger fix.

I usually put ketchup on the top bread and hamburger dressing on the bottom bread. I put the cheese on top of the meat so it melts. I also like to put bacon on the burger and then I always use the fat from the bacon to cook the burger, it tastes really good when fried in the bacon fat. The most important ingredient is raw onion. Why don't you have any onion on your burger? This is the order I make it: Top bread Ketchup Bacon Tomato Cheese Meat Onion Hamburger dressing Bottom bread

Oops, I forgot the ketchup!!! I put that on too. No burger is complete without some ketchup don't you think? Bacon and cheese on a burger is also really yummy but I have never tried cooking the burger in bacon fat. Might just try that the next time. We usually bbq the burgers. I like pickles on my burger too. My burger is getting too big for my mouth LOL. Onion? Not a fan at all and especially raw onion. Don't like the taste or smell and IF I order take away burgers I insist on no onion :)

I don't make burgers at home, I make sandwiches and I would only put a couple of ingredients in it, maybe one or two. At times they are different but I mostly just really like a lettuce and ham sandwich. Burgers are nice too but I don't make them at home. So when I feel like a burger I would go to a take away store and buy one from there.

There is only one take-out where I live that would buy a burger from otherwise my homemade ones are much yummier. For what you pay at a take away place compared to what you get can be a rip off sometimes. But a burger away from home can be a nice change and gives the 'cook' a break.

I don't eat burgers anymore but when I did I ate them two different ways. One would be with pepper and relish or pepper and lettuce. I'm one person that has never had a Macdonald burger ever. I have had Wendy's burgers but with again just lettuce and pepper. I don't eat burgers anymore because I stopped eating beef over a year ago.

We usually sautee mushrooms and onions together to go on our burgers. We stack them with provolone, then the mushrooms and onions, and finally the sauce. Everyone that has came over and tried them has seemed to love them as much as we do. Even my sister who hates onions.

Mmmmm I love a creamy mushroom sauce on a burger, it's a bit messy but tastes really good. I've never tried a burger with provolone before. Is it a strong or mild tasting cheese? Onions are not my favourite either, I leave them off all the time.
