I love plain Diaquiri and Tom Collins.Occasionally I like a Martini as well.I am fascinated in the way the bartenders make those drinks.Sometimes the make a great show of it by tossing bottles juggling and flame throwing and it is quite a spectacle!

Some bartenders are truly talented. It is amazing to watch them... it reminds me of the movie 'Cocktail' with Tom Cruise.
