Do you keep a diary?

Or should I rather say 'journaling'? Pretty much every one keeps an appointment diary or things-to-do diary but do you write down your feelings, experiences etc. I don't. However, I do think it's great if you do. It'll be something to look back on when you are old. All your memories in one place because our brains can't store that much information.

when I am a student, I have this habit ,I write my feeling, experience, when I open it again, it produced a new kind of feeling, now I do not often keep a diary in a notebook, I wrote it online, maybe it is a result of my lazy or maybe other reasons,I think that keep a diary for each person is a good habit, however, there are just a few people can insist it.

I do think journalling is great but not for me, it's too time consuming. Sometimes there are just things you want to forget instead of being reminded about them. Journals can be very cool though. Imagine someone finding your journal in 100 years... it could make for interesting reading (or not).

I like to keep a diary but I don't keep it up. I find that I write in it only when I am annoyed or super stressed out. I would like to keep my a diary as put of my heritage to pass down. So future generations know who I am.
