Have you ever lost a loved one? HOw did it feel? DId you have any regrets or did you have something that you wished you could have done for that person

it feels like loosing a root
which was really deep seated
it feels like
getting crushed under elephants foot mentall you feel disturbed
and dont know what to do what not to do
its a bizzare feeling
