Is our world a virtual system like the movie the matrix presented?

Do you think we live in a real world? Is it possible that there exists another real world?Lots of wise philosopher emphasize "free your mind",what is the meaning?
Shall we need to free our mind to free from the misery? who creats all this including misery? can we free ourselves?
I'm so confused...

just focus what ur mind sees is what u want to see
if you waanna feel confused you will be confused but if you feel free and comfortable you will feel too good
