I'm cranky today

And I don't know why. There's nothing specific wrong. I feel like it's been a productive day, weekend actually. Things overall are going well. But for some reason I have little patience today, I get angry easily and am just overall pretty cranky and miserable. Ever have days like that? What do you do to snap yourself out of it?

Some alone time helps, I get cranky too. It has to do with patience, sometimes I just don't have any.

Patience seems to be in short supply around here lately. I think some time away, maybe with a cocktail, will do wonders.

I'm having the same day and I'm so miserable I can't stand myself. I just took a bath and for some reason that seemed to help. Now I'm at the computer with a cup of coffee. I think it's a lot do do with hormones even after the change of life. Who knows??? My computer, myLot and Pogo seem to hold my sanity. Good luck dear friend.

Thanks, comiserating helps. A bath sounds good... lots of bubbles, low light.

Hello, For me, I dont get angry easily... mostly I just seek for reason, and what right and what wrong... If I dont want to make myself mad then I just ignore it

I have days like that. I tend to just try and stay away from people because i know I WILL snap and be grumpy at them. I also know that it will go away when I'm not around people for a time.

Hmm, maybe it's hormonal? Or maybe something is unconsciously bothering you or you're tired. When I'm irritable, I go for runs. They are a natural way to keep ones mood in check and is also good for the health. If you don't like that, then try doing something you like to do to cheer yourself up. That's what i do.

Exercise, especially out in the fresh air, usually helps me. Thanks.
