Is it right for a college student to have a baby done by invetro by another guy

Hello,
I was wondering is ok when college students have babies because the want to be Mom because they do not know want they want to do for the rest of there life and have it done by invetro and take care of the baby all by themselves? If if the sperm is from a guy who 40 years old?
I would think like when we adopt a puppy or cat we have be examined to see if we are fit emotionally and have the money to take of the baby? What happens if they do not have a job and live on welfare is fair to that child?
There is whole process people have to go through when they adopted a child why not when these ladies want a child at such a young age?

Hello,
I agree with you. This is the time find out who you are, what you like and dislike and what are limits, and where you want to go in live. I awalys time fro travel and meet so many differents kinds of people and try differnt kinds of food and learn different customs and learn more about history. I feel they are cutting there self discovery of themselves short.

hi unique, everyone should be responsible of what he does. i would think about the concequences it brings to me before i do everything. i would think it twice, i am not an emotional person. to this discussion, i think it is not right to have a baby in college, first aspect is financial problem, and without enough money to raise a baby, it is not fair to him/her.

Thank you for response. I agree with everything you are saying here. It is huge finiancial responsibilty for the person whether it be the guy or lady. I mean coming out of college they have tution loans to pay and possible a car payment and rent and food for themselves. I know when I graduated from college I could barely afford them when I work. I starte out in $20,000 range for a salary anf god forbid the car breaks down and the heat was due... it was not easy for me. I have worked ny butt off since I been divoced since 1995 and workign two jobs most of time since have two children. I going back to court come December because he is not paying again and he is in 50's been this way most of the time. I am in my 40's and I do not work two jobs in my 60's and I hope and pray I will not have too. Only time will tell. I struggled and I when I struggled I struggled to get the things for my children. I think that college students should wait until they are older to have babies. They should try to get qualifications and go into a satisfying career. I know that some female college students do have a relationship with a man and then get a surprise pregnancy. I can't understand a college student getting a baby by the test tube way with a 40 year old man. I know in the USA there are fertility clinics and a lady can choose a man to buy sperm from. I love children and enjoyed studying child care for one lesson when I was at school. I wasn't in a hurry to become a mom when I was in my teens. I became a children's nanny because that was great with my hobby of traveling. Then when I came home from my trip around the world I studied to become a primary school teacher. Each lady had her own wishes. One of my school friends dearest wish was to have a baby. At age 18 she got married to a 42 year old man. They have two children now. I hope that the college students will wait until they are in their twenties or thirties.

Hi,
So you are ok with the lady back in january who had 8 children when the doctor artifically inseminated her who could barely take care of the six children she already had. That goverment suppose to care of these young women who have children and live off the government hand outs. What about the seniors who do not have enough money for there medications. I do not see any hands out for them. They paid there dues and work for a living. I get judge everyday at work at home from my children.

Becoming a mother is truely a blessing but for some unfortunate ones it becomes a curse. So why not wait for the right age and right man to enjoy the fruits of labour and love better as blessing?

I agree with you 100 percent on your response on this question. What is the rush and children cost money from shots to food formula cost what like $23.00 per can etc and the crib and the daipers and car seats and clothes and shoes you are constantly buying because they grow fast etc.
I wish there were more courses in High school that males and females have to take care of child real or fake to show them they cry alot and teething and cranky when they have a cold and get into things when they are walking etc.
