Deep in to the night, you have to face darkness, face yourself, and your inner heart, far away from furyand crowd. Will night bright you loneliness, silence and fear besides calm? What will you do ,recollect the past, evaluate yourself,or divert you attention? Or will you wait for the shining of first twilight? Share your feelings in the still of night.

What scares me most at night is someone breaking in. I have a fear that if I look out the window someone will be looking in. If I am scared at night I try to divert my attention by reading or someting and then when I am really tired try to sleep. In the daytime whatever it was usually seems better.

i am afraid of ghost
(haha,just a joke )
Before i saw this topic ,it seemed
i never think about it
what do i fear most in the still of
night ?
it appears to me i don't fear
anything ,nothing is worth my
fear in the still of night
as one of the old chinese saying
goes ,A quiet conscience sleeps
in thunder
i am quite sure i am a kind
person who is kind to
everyone ,and show sympathy
to the underdogs in the life
i really don't what i have to
fear, fear is a kind of inner
feeling of worrying about the
things happened in the past or
the things will happen in the
future,what we have feared is
only fear itself
in the still of night ,i can feel calm
and silence of the beautiful
night ,i really enjoy such a
feeling
if i feel sleepy, the calm of the
night can make me sleep quite
well ,which can refresh my
feelings in the morning ,and
benefit me to my work
if i am energetic in the
night ,when felt the calm ,it really
can give me personal space to
recollect my good and sweet
momeries in the past ,i don't
think i am surrounded only with
endless darkness ,i still can find
the ray of moon light in the
dark ,it is a romantic and
fantastic feeling
maybe in such a wonderful
context ,i will miss my home and
my family members ,if my sister
didn't feel quite tired and
sleepy ,i will ask her to talk with
me about our happy memories
staying with family members
ah...what a nice poem it sounds
like
do you think so ?
i really can't come up with
anything frightened ,if you really
want an answer
what i should say is my worries
on some part of my work ,of
course it isn't messed up by
me ,just because i want to know
the smooth progress on it
maybe i am a kind of person
who attach more attention and
held more responsible for my
work
haha
it seems i am praising myself
again
xixi
sorry i am not boasted about
myself even though i am quite
confident in my ability
haha
and if i read some articles or
novel relating to horrible ghost
in the daytime,when the
dark night is coming,i will be
afraid of it so much, just because
the frightening image of the
horrible novel left me a strong
impression which can't be
cleared away from my mind
O(n_n)O~,so i really should give
up such a reading interest in
horrible novel
i don't like to be frightened
anymore in the darkness
ah...what a terrible and awesome
feeling
(*^__^*)
anyway i like the topic
hope everyone has a nice day

Well not really a fear or phobia but i feel uneasy when it is dark. I usually sleep with a night light on to ease that. The reason is 'the unknown'. I like nights, the silence of the city, fresher air, sounds of night creatures, stars. But the idea of complete darkness, the unknown makes me feel uneasy. So if its dark and there is a power shortage when i'm alone, i usually light a few candles and sing to myself, or read poetry outloads. Also those moments always remind me the famous song of Iron Maiden, 'Fear of the dark'.
