Hello. I enjoy having nice breakfast every morning. I would start with a glass of fruit juice. Orange juice is the favorite. I take berry juices once in a while. Some days , I take cereals, corn flake, oat meal. Eggs, boiled, fried, or omelette, with potatoes becomes the main item. I would take toast or muffins with coffee. I am very much addicted to coffee, with cream and sugar ! After that, all set to go to work !

I eat a healthy breakfast everyday. I have a bowl of whole oatmeal cooked with raisins, walnuts and a banana in it plus a glass of milk. I have eaten this for years and just love it.
