Should Organ Buy/Sell be legalized?

I recently heard that in China the government allows legally selling organs as long as there's document to prove that it came from someone who died already. Around 97% of the organ came from death penalty prisoners. Should Organ selling be legalized? I can see how it might put a hold on blackmarket trading and provide more organs for the population. However, i feel negatively towards actually companies selling organs. I mean, that's commoditising organs...almost like the medicines these day. Until one day half of the population can't afford to buy organs for a transplant. Though, on second thought...this might open up more research into stem cells to mass produce organs....then again. I dont see that happening soon. What do you think?
