Do you have a certain 'schedule' for what you do here?

I do not get a bundled email of everything sent to me, nor do I make sure I answer every single email I get when I receive updates of 'your friend posted a discussion' lol!
I am curious as to who actually does that, and if you have a schedule of things you do here daily. Do you have some sort of quota, do you try to answer and give BRs, do you just make a comment to everybody randomly or do you read all the responses in each thread and answer purposely?

I am random! I find that inbox gets really full, so I'll respond or comment or discuss, and then just see what goes from there. I'll try to clear out my inbox as much as possible, but I don't have a specific pattern in which I do it!

LOL! I don't think I have ever been able to 'clear out my inbox'. I subscribe to a lot of people, and basically I just check my started column to see what I need to comment on, as well as the 'top', 'hot', and 'discussions friends started'. Often I run out of time long before I get close to actually being done.

I haven't been successful with clearing out my inbox except for when I just delete everything! The thing is, I have plenty of time but I just get distracted!

Usually, if I have some spare time, I tend to make a apparent plan for what I do next day here.
Through my experience, I have benefited a lot from such a schedule for what I do on myLot. Everyday, according my plan, I will start two new discussions per day and post 10 to 20 responses. If there are some available tasks to me, then I will spend some time on them. This plan is very useful to help me improve the efficiency to post responses.
Of course, high-quality concents are popular all the time. If you have no time to make a plan. Don't worry about that because here you can enjoy a relaxed time with friends in such a friendly community.

I post anything that's on my mind. Then I respond to anybody who has responded to my discussions. Then I see what friends have posted discussions and i respond to the ones that interest me. Then I go look for responses to my responses. After that, if I have time, I look at some of the other tabs to see if there's anything interesting that I"ve missed, checking back on the started and responded tabs periodically.

When I come in here, I will check to see if I have any messages or friend requests. I take care of those things, and then I start posting responses to discussions. That is what I do in here basically, as it is much easier for me that trying to start discussions, as I find that much harder. I can't seem to come up with an interesting topic enough to get responses. I also check my email from myot and will respond or comment back to one of the responses I get in my email. I do enjoy mylot so much that I want to be here for as long as I can. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I mostly have decided that I am going to start and end my day with mylot. I come on here when I first get functional for the day, and depending on whether or not I am babysitting that day and spend about an hour or a little bit more on here. That is the time that I will try to respond to many of my friends discussions and also when I make comments on my own discussions. Then, in the evening I will come back on and spend a little less time here, just searching for discussions that interest me. I mostly read the comments that I get on my responses through my email that way I can ponder what to say about them.

Every morning I check my e-mails from myLot and respond to all those discussions that I feel that I have something to say about. I cannot answer all the discussions I get from my e-mails but most of them I can.
If a discussion really captures my interest then I will read other posts in the discussion and make a few more contributions, but I don't do this that often. - Derek

howdy,
me.. schedule ??... definitely nope..
i do my myLotting mostly from the office - so it is mostly done 'in-between' tasks or reports or whatever that i find tooooo boring to continue at times.. sort of like a 'dose or refreshment'.. so i also definitely dont have any quota to fill - i would read all the the notifications i get - whenever i am free to do so.. and if i feel i can respond immediately (as soon after i read the post), that's what i do.. if not, i just keep it in my mailbox and 'come back to it later'... and if i think i dont have anything good to respond with - i'll just delete it..
but quite honestly - i keep more than i delete..

I just read an e-book written by a blogger. She claims it is a must to have a schedule in order to make money online. I have been following her blog for about a year now so I am inclined to believe what she has written. In the book she said on her worst day she makes 75.00 and her best she made 275.00. She is a very good written mind you and works on various writing sites as well as authoring 6 blogs. From what I understood, she doesn't spend all more time online working than she would a regular job!

Yes, I do have a schedule of things to do but I normally do not check every single email notification I get from mylot. I do use it to check and keep track of succeeding comments on responses I have made on a discussion. But I basically follow a loose schedule instead of being tied up to a certain order of activities.

I don't spend A LOT of time on MyLot anymore. But when I do, I usually just browse and comment and reply on topics that interest me the most. MyLot is now just a hobby because I've figured that it's not the best place to be making money online. I have no set routine for MyLot (probably because I don't really have a set routine in life anyway!), I just kinda go with the flow.
I also don't have a set time that I need to spend on MyLot. I post on MyLot because I enjoy it nowadays. All the pennies that I earn are just an extra bonus. :D
