I always do some stretching to ease those pains during my work.Makes me wonder I could hire someone to massage me during those time. Sometimes or I think always I feel the need to stretch for few minutes. What do you usually do to ease that pain during those time?

I try about every thirty minutes to stretch my back and arms. Or I walk around and do things such as cleaning, laundry, walking to the mailbox up the street, walking around my backyard. You have to keep your body moving or you will end up with aches and pains and even blood clots in your legs, which is very scary.

Yeah that's what im afraid of specially we have this history of heart problems. It's better to exercise once in while. But sometimes I forgot to do it when I have a lot of works. I remember there were guides on how to properly exercise when setting on your chair because I don't want to be obvious exercising in the office so that cannot be disturb.

No. Although I understand that it is very importand and necessary to do some exercises after working in front of my computer for long hours, I seldom do that even if I feel tired and uncomfortable.
Usually, I often work with my laptop until late in the evening. Yes, almost everyday, I will not continue my work until the battery of my laptop has run down. Then, I am getting so tired that I have to go to sleep other than doing exercises. In the day time, I am busy with my work and there are no spare time that allow me to have a rest.
It is very important to ease those pains after a hard work. Perhaps I should spend some time on doing exercises later, or I will get sick someday!
