Suggestion on Finding Writers / myLot

Hi friends, I need some creative writers but I am unable to find any quality people. Can any of you help me to solve this problem? You can suggest me people who are doing this, but please don't suggest sites like getafreelancer.com or rentacoder.com. Tell me only if you know any individual or a writing team that is interested to work as creative writer. Hope you can help me.
