Hello. Do you not have your Paypal account linked to your personal Bank Account ? If it is linked, you can tranfer the funds in you Paypal account to your Bank Account and keep it there. Then, any time, you have the need, you can use it for whatever you need. Ofcourse, if you wish to spemd the money right away from your Paypal account, that's the option !

Now that you have money you can use it to make more money by purchasing your very own domain that is keyworded to your niche. You also have enough left over to buy your own hosting account for a couple of months.
