I hang my t-shirts, blouses, skirts and trousers on hangers in my wardrobe. I have three drawers underneath which I keep underwear, socks and dresses in. I have two boxes of out of season clothes which I keep under my bed. How do you store your clothing? Have you got all that many clothes?

I iron everything and hang them on hangers. The clothes which I do not need ironing usually are folded away in a drawer as not enough space. If i had space I would prefer to hang them as well. Some clothes which I wear only for parties and outing are folded away in a drawer as its used on rare occasions maybe ones or twice a year. Usually my clothes are in fashion and if some are out of season or old than the easy to wear tops and such I wear when I am at home, usually in the morning. Long jeans and trousers I shorten up to knees as its more comfortable to wear the length when you are at home. I roll towels and keep in separate drawers as I feel towels are soft when you keep it that way. Separate drawers for bedding as well and I try to keep bedding sets separately folded so that its easy to use later. Also folding bedding helps a lot as it keeps the wrinkles away. Few items become all time favorites and I can never grow apart from them so it also folded away and kept in a separate drawer. The under clothes, swim wear, socks goes into a separate drawer. I love shoes so have a nice collection which mostly I store in boxes inside the cupboard with silica gel for safe keeping.

i received a large trunk from a co-worker which i put in my closet and i keep my off season clothes there (mostly tank tops and shorts from the summer and sweaters from the winter). it keeps them dry and free from any sort of unfriendlies.

maximax8, After growing up with conventional wardrobes, I have a walk-in wardrobe in my place and there is no short of hanging space, racks and drawers. Also, I have extra storage boxes for clothes that are no longer needed, so that they can be packed away to be dealt with later.

Yes, i think we have that many clothes. I have 3 boxes of out of season clothes which i keep in a small vacant room. Then i hang all blouses, t-shirts, jeans and our uniforms on hangers in a closet. Then we have seperate drawers each for underwear, socks and all the little things that girls keep.We don't have that many dresses, all of us just love to wear jejans and we are comfortable with them. Except for our uniforms for the office and school uniforms for my girls.

Hey MaxiMax! I try to keep all my clothes neatly folded in my dresser. Except khaki pants and collared shirts on hangers in the closet. Jeans in closet as well on the shelf. Unfortunately, I do have too many clothes and I tend to wind up with a big pile on the floor in my closet as well. ;-)

Like you I store my dresses in my wardrobe. But I'm very indifferent in this respect. Sometimes I just throw my clothes in wardrobe.

I keep my clothes hung up in the closet all the time. When winter is on it's way, I move my summer clothes to another closet in the house and put my winter clothes in the closet in my bedroom. When summer is on it's way, I do vice versa. It can get frustrating when it turns out to be warmer than you thought it was going to be and you dressed for winter or if it turns out to be cooler than you thought it was going to be and you dressed for summer. It's hard to know how to dress sometimes. Kathy.

My sister and I share a big closet. I store mine in one side while hers on the other. I hang my dresses and pants while my t-shirts are folded. My socks and bags are placed on a different cabinet.
