I guess you are talking about IMREPORTCARD. The site is good but there are problems as well with this site. They are pretty strict on their rules and they can ban a member anytime. Ask me, I have been banned when I requested my payment just because they no longer accept members from our country.

Thanks for the information. On the basis of what you said, it seems IM report card is a scam site because it shows the credit unless you ask for payment and then shows some problem e.g. country or else or grade your reviews negatively. I reused all my reviews then to put on postparker.com which really pays like mylot.
