Wayne Rooney as a major striker is likely to prove something Betta than last year. well as his fans, he will get Betta stage to perform now as an experience player and senior in the team. Valencia played beautifully in the previous games, sir Alex Ferguson is also hoping him to be new super star that he trained 2 b like a big one such as David beck ham, Ronaldo,Luis figo n so on... No weakness in the team were found. All their players are in good touch. It's unbreakable team........... Chelsea beaten them in their first two games but Manchester are better side dominating Chelsea about 2\5 hours of their 90 min time in two games and hold them back even though they lost. hurrah

I think Sir Alex has not yet filled the void left by Christiano Ronaldo this season. I think they might actually struggle to win the League this season and at this moment Chelsea seem to be the favorites, but Arsenal are also very much in the mix. Liverpool are definitely out of the chase.
Cheers!

Don't Man Utd always struggle to win the Premier League? They won by only 1 point last season and the season before that. But what is for certain is that Man Utd is always one of the teams who are fighting for the title, and this hasn't changed with the loss of Ronaldo.
Yes Man Utd have lost a great player, but Man Utd have lost Roy Keane, Beckham, Cantona and other greats before, yet Man Utd have set records no other team can dream of! Ronaldo has only won 6 titles with United.
Football is a team sport, not a 1 man sport.

Well, I really love Wayne Rooney. He certainly looks like he's stepped up, but we need more players to do that especially considering our team will play well when our wingers do. I sure hope Nani/Obertan/Valencia/Park can step up a gear and score more goals. If then, I'm sure we will win the PL again.
