i could not withdraw my earnings in mylot

dear friends,
I have received my first payout last Oct. 13 from mylot which was sent to paypal but I could not use the same due to limitations by paypal because it says their system detected unusual charges to a credit card link to my paypal account. Now I got very puzzled. I do not have a credit card. I requested a bank to issue to me a debit card (not a credit card) which they did and after it was verified, I entered the same in paypal so that it could be deposited there and that I could withdraw my earnings. But while my account is limited, I cannot send or request money. I also can not electronically transfer funds from my paypal account and I cannot close my account. I think that isn’t fair. I have written my complaint several weeks now but it seems paypal is not giving me the answer. Again i made them another letter today. Now am feeling disinterested in doing mylot because of this. Have anyone experienced something like this? Can you tell me what you did so that the limitations can be lifted?

Hi tigeraunt
First honey don't give up on mylot. You will be rewarded for your hard work. I would do like the others have stated here. You need to call them right away. I don't think they will charge you for calling them. Also I think you can go to their website and have a live chat online with someone. You might want to try that. I wish you best of luck and let me know how it turns out my dear.

hi rose,
well, i just felt unsatisfied and upset with paypal. mylot has nothing to do with it i know. but first thing i thought was if i keep working in mylot, and my down lines will keep doing as well, the percentage given to me together with my earnings will all go to naught. the first reason we are here in mylot is to earn. The enjoyment and the camaraderie comes second and third. and now that i knew there is already money and i could not use it, if you were in my shoes, am sure you will feel the same as i am feeling.

Yes I would. I wouldn't like it one bit if I had money somewhere and couldn't use it. I know that it has beem some time since this started for you, have you been able to get your money yet? I hope that they will get things straighten out for you since we are getting close for payout here this month. Have a great day.

Ahhh tiger that was very nice of you to have given me the BR.
You are a good woman and very nice. I also enjoy reading your discussions. I just feel that sometimes I don't what to say that would make any sense. I guess it would only be polite to stop and say hi to show you that I know about your discussion.
Have a great day and keep up the good work. Once again thanks very much.
Keep Smiling.

I agree with the previous responder too. Try to delete the account (if you don't have any earnings pending to collect) and create a new account. And add just 1 debit card account to receive your funds. I think you can start anew from there, and receive funds once more and can continue doing mylot. But keep this as the very last resort. Try calling PayPal customer service first; they might be able to help you with your existing account. If all else fails (written and calling), then you might want to consider opening a new account.

hi zed,
i have my first payout there already. not much but its money. if i convert the same to my currency, it would be around Php792. no other cards in paypal except that debit card i got about 2 days old before i registered the same to paypal.
yes i guess i should call them. i have sent several written complaints already.
thank you for your suggestion.

Did you use your debit card for any reason? I have a very simple account, money just goes in and then I withdraw it, I haven't had any problem with them. There have been several scams on the internet which sounded like they may have come from paypal, you didn't respond to any of those did you. If you did the scammers might have gotten access to your account. I would close the account and open a new one
but keep it very simple and if you get any email from them that is not a responce to your inquiry don't open it.

dear pat,
no i didnt. the withdrawal would have been the first transaction if ever.
i have tried deleting the debit card from my paypal account but it would not be deleted.
you mean close the account - the bank account? guess there are some bank rules that i should follow, i dont think they will approve it after i have opened it only around october 10 or 11, a few days before i added it to the paypal account.
thank you so much for this response.

That is sad, and I don't quite understand it. When you do hear from paypal, it would be interesting to know exactly what the problem with the "credit card" was, as it is not the same thing as a debit card.
I hope they get it resolved soon.

I am really shocked that this could happen with paypal because I hardly hear of complaints from paypal especially of this nature. Keep trying. I am sure it would be resolved

Dear tigeraunt,
I'm sorry to hear what happened. I hope the issue would be settled as soon as possible. I hope and pray that you were not scammed and that everything would be okay and you would be able to withdraw your earnings from mylot.
If I was in your situation I would have been frustrated but then that would just be my initial response. I believe that in every problem there is always a solution. Don't stop posting Ann. Don't quit just because of this experience.

tigeraunt I think you have been scamed or phised by a phony using paypal
name and identification so you have probably been emailing this same]phoney place. what you should do is phone paypal and t ell them about the scam email as they
do not send out emails like that, you have been taken and I would bet if you'get in touch with paypal administration people you will be told that your account is
notlimited, the key words inthis scam are credit card, check with snopes.com if you do not believe me,this is a scam that has been going for awhile. I got the samenotification and it is a scam. as i logged into my account and it was fine.you have been the victim of a nasty scam. get ahold of the real paypal people and theyu will tell you the same thing. the wording you describedof the notice is just what the scammers will write.it was a phony. your account is fine log in and checkit you will see I am right.

If I was you I would just call them on the phone and while on the phone tell them that you have written them but have not gotten a responds from them. Explain what your problem is and maybe they can help fix it or tell you what you need to do. I would also ask them if you have to pay for the call to them. Hopefully they will be able to help you.

Hello tigeraunt this is checkmail and have readed about your problem well, and till you acquire the minimum balance to withdraw from paypal its not possible. And if still hacing pro after gettign the minimum balance to withdraw. Then its better for you to exchange your paypal dollars to other e-currency which could be banked easily. There are many other e-currency like Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, etc. which are easily bankable.Yeah but will have to pay them some fees for exchanging the dollars. If you want only paypal to lift its limitations then you may call them and ask them.

stop e-mailing them and give them a call. call them and ask the name you are talking to and then tell them to explain to you reasons you need to know. Ask them if there is a charge for talking to them and you need some answers on a few questions. Be kind and ask if you do not understand to explain more in detail..

dear goldenteardrops,
i sure want to call them. but i have been hesitating because i was thinking that the call might cost more than what i earned the first time. should i write them again about it?
thank you for this response. it made my heart lift a little higher. i see a little hope now.
