If you just have a personal paypal account and not a pro, you are alright. You can transfer money and receive money up to a certain limit. You only need verification if you have a personal pro account. Most sites accept unverified account. But there are a small number of sites that required a verified account

yes you can recieve funds in paypal without verifying it. you dont need to verify your account to recieve or send money. btw if your account is not verify the only problem you will face is funds limit. which is $500 i guess.

You can recieve money from them even you don't verify your account. The point is your transation must not exceed $400. A credit record not requisite, you can withdraw or deposit money through your bank account.

i just checked my pay pal account and mine is not verified at all and i have had it for a couple of years and i am still able to send and receive money
