Is there somebody around you who got H1N1? Do you afraid of?

From just getting over the swine flu I can be one of the people that says it isn't as bad as a lot of people are thinking it is. It is EXACTLY like the regular flu, except if you have underlying chronic medical conditions or if you immune system might be damaged by something else, you may have something to worry about. The biggest thing when you get sick is to stay in bed, rest, and get plenty of fluids. Most people will be better within 5 days or so. And also having it I can say that a person is contagious before symptoms even begin so there is no use going crazy because most likely the person you are going to get the flu from isn't showing symptoms when you get the virus.
