Family Income & Sacrifice!

Do you have to sacrifice the low earning of your family just to make sure that you follow the request of your spouse not to be away from your family? Its because both of our earnings is just enough for the needs of our son and I have decided to look for a job away from home which gives good compensation & security for my family income. How do I make my spouse understand my points of view?

first you have to go to the bottom line.First knowing the things that matter to you.things that are important to you and lastly things that are everything to you.i know that by looking at those priorities you can surely choose whether to work away from your family or to stay.anyway what really matters to you is worth the trying

Just talk to your spouse make him understand your intention why you seek for a well paying job for he can also benefit from it. Just assure him that you are doing it for your families sake.
