Why its so difficult to say 'NO!'?

Oftentimes, we end up losers because by not wanting to hurt other's feelings. I am not speaking about your aunt. This is in general. I speak thru experience. I am the type of a person who just can't say no. But I noticed that people tend to abuse. So, I learned that we have to say no when we mean no. We can't be too kind. We should set limits.

sorry to hear your not well. my mum is very good at dobbing me in for things when i'm not wanting to them nescerialy. sometimes it better to help family, just to keep in their good books, so they may remember that a later date. i'm usually happy to help, long as i can get help when i need it also.

Sometimes it's difficult to say no especially if we want to please others. It's alright for us to suffer than to say no. In return maybe we also get good favor or good luck. There are times that we think we might not be understood if we say no, so we still go and say yes even if we're not feeling well.

What a pity girl! But I think you can refuse you aunt,because you are sick. If you are not sick,and don't have to go to campus,it is surely difficult to say no to your aunt. But now you're sick,your aunt will understand you!
