new ALERTPAT features - Need HELP

When I logged into my Alertpay account, I saw that I can withdraw funds to my VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. This is really a good news, but still I have some doubts. Here's What I want to know. 1. Alertpay does not pay directly to my country's bank accounts (Sri Lanka) 2. If I want to withdraw funds, I have only two options, a. Withdraw by cheque (which takes nearly 1 month to receive and another month to realize) and a fee of 4.00 $ b. Wire to my bank, which takes only 3-4 days, but a fee of 20.00 $ I'm a member of some PTC sites, I earn a small amount per month, so I cannot afford to withdraw by Bank Wire method. So, what I want to know is, Can I withdraw my funds to my VISA card, even though I live in Sri Lanka, and my card is also a Sri Lankan one. Can anyone help me?
