I can drink coffee at any time. Morning, afternoon, night, middle of the night, before meals, after meals or even middle of the meals. Nothing happens to me. Some people say coffee after late evening will affect their sleep. Can you drink coffee or tea at any time or do you have any restriction about time?

I can drink coffee no matter what time of day it is, and wake up and go to sleep as i need to. Caffeine does not affect me unless I drink too much coffee. I usually only drink one to three cups, no more than that. I like the taste, I'm not in it for the caffeine.

Even I am like that. I take only one cup, not more than that at a time. Have a nice day.

Of course Buchi, I do can take coffee at any time I wish. It's weird that I couldn't get into sleep if I take either coffee or tea a few hours before going to bed. But there is totally no such problem anymore after getting old I have just prepared a cup of hot green tea. After having a few sips of it, I'm glad I see this interesting topic when checking email. It's really nice to drink the green tea and answering your question at the same time It's
Today I had taken lots of durians and rambutans. So there is no time for me to take any coffee. only the King of tropical fruits, durian could defeat my desire of taking aromatic coffee the whole day! It's 11:16 pm now! So there is totally no restriction of time for me to take coffee and tea.
Happy posting and good night!

I did answer a discussion before, saying that I could sleep soundly after taking green tea before going to bed. But the writer disagreed with what I said then. Anyway nothing is absolute, right?! at least we are the exception. I’m really happy that there is someone in distance will remember me (response) whenever she drinks coffee. I still have a fragrant durian in the front porch. I will tuck away it after the afternoon meal later on
I’m glad to know that the owner of a saree shop in your place using “Durian” as the signboard of his shop. I think it’s the right time for me to start a new discussion about rambutan. So that my friends, especial you my dear, living in different regions could learn more about this delicious tropical fruit.

So with proof, by taking green tea at 11.16 pm, you have answered this discussion. It is just like answering a science subject question with drawing support. You know one thing, I am making a comment for your response by drinking coffee which is before me. It is 6.52 AM now. So you gave response by proving and I am commenting your response by again reciprocating the same proof. I think, here after, whenever I drink coffee, I will remember your response. Have a nice day with lots of durian and green tea. What is rambutans?

Here in Bangalore's main commercial street, a saree shop's name is Durian. I did not know the meaning before. Only after your discussion I came to know what is the meaning of Durian. Thanks for your Durian discussion.

Hiya, I to can actually drink coffee at any time of the day, in any condition, and any occasion.^_^ Coffee doesnt really have an effect on me as well. Sure, there are those very strong different ones that has given me a boost in consciousness that I really did not have a care as to what I was doing. I just kept going and going.LOL But most coffee available either those instant ones or those available in coffee shops just doesnt have an effect on me. Sure they do taste great but when it comes to alertness and sleeplessness, if I wanted to sleep I will be able to sleep in no fuss at all. I have great control over my body when it comes to sleep.
As for tea, I love the iced kind, I feel the opposite for the hot/warm kinds, even when its drizzled with honey, lemon, or sugar.

In the instant coffee chicory level may be high. This may cause giddiness for few. But like you, I have a rock like body. Any time of day and night, coffee is welcome.

I, like you, can drink coffee any time without it affecting my sleep or anything else. I prefer it in the morning or at night. I don't usually drink coffee in the middle of the day. My mother, on the other hand, drinks coffee almost all day every day.

I only drink coffee and tea in the mornings at night because I only like drinking them while it is hot and it is usually warm during the day. However, if I take coffee at night, I would not sleep till 4 am and would be very restless

Never have I been somewhat affected by excessive coffee drinking, I can have it any time of the day as long as I have money to get my favorite cup at Starbucks :)
Maybe I'm just used to it, I've been having coffee since I was a kid because I tend to skip meals and I have to have something warm to make me feel better. Some of my friends are great coffee drinkers too, we need to stay up late and they find it helpful having the strong cups during sleepy times.

I can drink coffee only in the morning and in the evening. I can't drink it at any time. I don't like tea so i don't drink it but sometimes if I go to somebody's house and if they offer tea, I can't deny it, so I will drink tea.

I like Tea rather than coffee. But I can drink Tea and coffee anytime I want.My 3 yr old son loves to drink coffee though we dont give them and he has tasted it once from the left over coffee in the cup.He also eats areca nut powder and betel leaves as it is.I dont know what taste he has found in them and any suggestions to make him leave this habit are welcome. (sorry, this is out of context).

Even my children were fond of coffee when they were small. But I was not giving them. But a child eating areca nut powder and betel leaves is new to me. May be he wants to taste all new items. Whenever he eats them, you say ai, chi thu, spit it etc. May be psychologically he will feel it is unwanted thing and leave the habit.

Hi buchi! I love coffee a lot, of any kind. And i don't have any restrictions of drinking it anytime. I can have it any time of the day. I can have 2 cups in the morning, even before meals and after too.
For me, the best time to drink it is when the sun is up and its really really hot!Its really good! I can also take coffee in the evening without worrying if i can sleep or not. But sure i can and it doesn't affect my sleeping habit at all.

I think our system has become immune for coffee so that sleeping disorder will not affect us or our system will know that we are hard nuts and will not listen to it's disorder.
