I want to know that there is any other way to control my blood pressure, without taking pills. Becoz I don't want to take pills regularly. Kindly advice me, I need your help. Thanks in advance.

I am sure there are a lot of people who suffer from High Blood Pressure and I know no one likes taking pills, and both of my parents have High Blood Pressure so I do to,and my mother hoped I would be able to get mine under control but it did not happen so I have to take a pill everyday probably for the rest of my life, and I do not think there is any mechanism to lower blood pressure other than pills, but if there was I wish I would know about it because I would love to be able to stop taking my medicine especially since medicine is getting expensive.

I have inherited high BP - I'm normal weight, exercise, don't eat junk food or smoke etc yet mine HAS to be controlled. Look at lifestyle changes first - salt, carrying too much body fat and stress all push BP up. Two techniques that have helped me are deep breathing exercises via pilates, and getting a pet. Both help relax me and brought down my BP. But if yours is due to an underlying clinical condition (mine is kidneys) you may need a beta blocker e.g. atenolol. It's best to combine low dosage pills with natural treatments, I find - but by doing some of the work yourself, you'll certainly minimise the amount of medication you have to take, and therefore minimise side effects. Hope this helps! By the way - 90/155 isn't too bad - you need it taken quite a few times to make any sense, as BP can fluctuate quite normally to that extent anyway, throughout the day or throughout the week.

Just be cool, go for morning walk, don't eat spicy food. Take less saly food. and most important don't take tension. if we do these things , we don't have to take any tablets.

I am a doctor and I have several suggetion for you. First of all,I need more information about you, like you age and so on. Now my suggetion is you should take you blood pressure for sevral time in several days, and if it is also high that means the diagnostic of high blood pressure could establish for you. You blood is not so high, anyway it need to get down under 140/90mmHg. First of all,you should take some sports and then do not eat food with too much salt, maybe it will work,if you do these and the blood pressure is still high that means you have to take pills.
