Do you scare the death?

I think everyone can't avoid the death, but sometimes I feel scared on the death, I worry one day I will die, and I can't see the beautiful scene again, I really feel it's horrible for me have this thought. But I don't know why I have this thought. Do you have the same thought scare the death?

None of us want to die but we all will, all we can do is hope to live a long life and to experience everything we can, worrying will not help or stop it from happening, maybe if you spoke to a professional or even a priest they will be able to help you to stop thinking about it. I used to worry a lot about dieing myself when I was younger as I worried who would look after my children, now I just worry about my husband dieing or my children dieing and leaving their children behind but I don't constantly think about it. That is why I feel you would be better to talk to a professional to help get this fear out of your head so you are able to get on with your life and enjoy it more.

You are right, but I can't control my thought to think the horrible things, when I have free time especially waked up from the dream, I felt life is no meaningful,I don't know why I caused this.I hope I can enjoy my life and live a happy life. thank you mylotters.

I'm not scared of anything if it's your time you have to accept that it is your time. Yes you can avoid of dying, just always take care of yourself and not doing things bad for yourself. We all die and that's the reality. So you better to enjoy life and explore! so you will not regret once the day comes. I don't like to talk about this topic. I don't even think about me dying? No!! A big big no, i still have purpose here and i want to figure it out. =)

Thank you for your information. Yeah, you are right, I think everyone will die, but we need enjoy life. But sometimes I have the negative attitude to live, and sometimes I really would like to earn more money, but sometimes, I don't know why I need to earn more money. I think I shoud adjust my attitude of life.

yeah, it is frustrating to die suddenly knowing one have not accomplish enough their would be a lot of regrets and eve the should could ever wish to go back to live again if given the opportunity to repeat the cycle of life if given the chance would also do the things which have been miss and accomplish it leaving the loved ones with great legacy where they could be proud of me.
