First up, congratulations on losing all that weight. You must feel fantastic. I didn't lose an exceptional amount of weight by any means. After my third child I battled to get my weight down, I only wanted to lose about 5 to 8 kilos. I tried meal replacement shakes (which did work) but it has only been weight training that has helped me re-define my body. I lost 5 kilos but have since gained a kilo in muscle mass which is great. I'm losing the fat and now I am less worried about what the scale and focusing on getting my fat % down. Hope you stay on your new weight.

I'm not having trouble in losing or gaining fat because I'm a health conscious person. Here are the tips I can give you to lose weight.
1. Always eat in moderation, don't based it whether you felt that your stomach is full or not. If you are fat now, your tummy (stomach)is flexed larger than the normal tummy so you would not feel full until your big tummy is full. Based your food intake on a normal/average/appropriate serving.
2. Lessen your sweet intake. Of course we shouldn't deprive ourselves of desserts and other confections. Just take enough amount to satisfy our cravings but not too much.
3. Burn the excess calorie. If you're not a sporty buff, you can still burn it, brisk walking burns the same calories as with jogging. But it would be better if you would do some exercise. Play an outdoor sport just for a hobby. You won't even notice that you're sweating the fats away because you're actually having fun.
4. Try if you can be a pesco-vegetarian, you'll eat fish and vegetables only, no red meat. If you can't, just avoid eating chicken skin (it has the highest cholesterol levels compared to pork and beef) and eat lean meat.
5. Lessen your carbohydrate intake (less rice, less bread, less pasta). Eat fruits rich in fiber because it cleanses and flashes out toxins & fats in our bodies.
6. Don't skip breakfast, it will slow down your metabolism.
Basically eating the right food at the right proportion at the right time.
Good luck and send me a picture of your before and after diet series after (just kidding)

I once tried to lose my weight when I graduated my hign middle school, because I realized I won't be pretty if I am so fat. I didn't have any desert foods, and didn't eat so much, keep the normal diet one day, that's it.

There is no need for me to lose weight becuase i am not fat. But i think that if you really want to lose weight first you should know why you become so fat and then you should take steps to control what makes you fat. But at the same time i believe that some people are born with genes which will make them fat even though they don't eat much or they do many physical exercises and some, on the other hand, just keep slim no matter what or how much they eat. So just be yourself sometimes and don't harm your health while trying to lose weight because health is more important then beauty.
