Is surveyhead legit? / myLot

i saw a new site called surveyhead, it pays for taking surveys it gives a signup bonus of $5 USD now my question is, Is it legit? can i join the site?

well, i am not sure it is legit or not, but i currently is the member of this site, and feel nothing about will be scam by it. And my status update immediately after i complete the survey.
