the first step of web designing

Hi as a web designer your first step is to build HTML pages with text, links, images, tables, and forms and use style sheets (CSS) for colors, backgrounds, formatting text, page layout, and even simple animation effects. then you have to learn HTML 5 for further process.

Before learning HTML, a person must learn the concepts of Formatting the text and must have used the word processors for that purpose.. Learning HTML without knowing whats the different types of alignment, margins, headings, fonts, styles etc. wont be of useful.. Knowing the different file types is also needed. So first thing is to learn Word/WordPerfect like word processors.. HTML is Next.. You can design websites without any knowledge of HTML.. If you use the WYSIWYG HTML Editors like Kompozer, FrontPage, Expression Web or Dreamweaver, you can do the designing without HTML knowledge.
