Will you be happy if your boss is not around?

My bos will be not around for a week and everbody keep asking me was i happy when my boss is not around?? and i dont know how to response, happy or sad because i feel both feeling =0

Of course it's a happy moment when boss is away from me. Then i will feel calming and need't too nervous.
But even though the boss don't control me around, i will still do my best in the work.

When the cat is away the mice plays!!! when the boss is not around, one can freely work to the fullest extent. The employees who dont want to work will feel happy when the boss is not around.

Hmm i feel a little uneasy and happy at one moment, im happy because there no one to push me do two or three things at the same time but i also feel uneasy because im his assistant so many thing got interrupted because his not here, many document pile up for his signature =0
