I keep getting a win32 error, and it freezes up my internet. It says that any information sent will not be saved, it only happens when I'm online. Is it my internet provider or does my computers have a virus or something? I have to restart my computers every time it happens or I cannot disconnect from the internet. It happens on all 3 of computers. Any help on this will be appreciated. It has been happening for about 3 months, and it's driving me crazy! Thanks.

It sounds like you have been hit. Are all of your computers run through a router or hub? If so, There's your problem. I have five computers hooked to a router and I was hit really hard. When ever you have a win32 error, it's your System files that's been changed or corrupted. The only way to straighten it out is to reinstall Windows. The way to check it is to try and restore back to a previous state before this accured. If your computer isn't able to restore, then your screwed if you don't start saving your files and reinstall windows. If your computers have a virus it is changing your system files and will soon crash and you will never be able to recover any files you may want to keep. Trust me. In eight years, I have lost 4 harddrives, a motherboard, memory chips and years of documents because of viruses. Always remember to update your virus program because if by any chance a trojan gets in, it sets in the background and opens ports for more to download to your computer. Then it comunicates with your virus program making it believe it's safe and anything that comes in will be allowed. Hope this helps and good luck.

Sorry, I have been having problems responding to anything on mylot, yes I finally got it figured out, I had a trojan virus, and I fixed it, thank you all for the help and advice! I put my firewall up too, it has seemed to help too. I had all 3 of them on a router and it spread through them, alot of work but it seems that I have it all fixed now.

I would need to know a little more about your problem and your system to help you. What version of windows are you running? Do you have anti-virus software and have you scanned your computer recently?
