why India could not produce fast bowler?

basically politics in selecting players itself her in my area itself we have so many fast bowlers they bowl like anything but what to do chances are not open to all

india dont have the fast pitches in the grounds the children are there who want to be fast bowler but they can never meet up to the resources which are required to groom fast bowlers nor indian have a strong built like players of other countries to become strong and fast enough to bowl your stump out of the ground
