what's your opinion about this sentence?
For me,I believe so. A person who has no desire to use money and I think he also has no desire to earn it.If be frugal will make you rich ,then how frugal the millionares.
I just support this motto.A person knows how to use money(use it in a reasonable way) and will be more creative,wanting to develop something.

Well you can use money improperly. You can also go crazy and hear voices and still know how to use money properly. Or you can give away your money and choosing to only make money by a strict moral code can be compromising. Maybe you don't like it. Maybe you love it. Normal is a creative word.
