How many new topics can you make just in one day? I've been a member of mylot for a long time but I've been idle most of the time so I'm averaging 5 post a day. I wish i could write some more but that's the maximum my brain would allow me to do.

I do not know whether or not there is a limit to how many new topics you are allowed to start in one day. There are several members that start a bunch of topics on a daily basis. This does not make sense to me, especially since they do not seem to comment on any of the responses. That is pointless, because they do not earn any money for the responses that they get, so I do not understand why a person would start so many discussions and never respond to any of them.
I do not start a lot of discussions. I try to comment on all my responses, and it is wonderful when we have an ongoing dialog, so I would rather focus on that than on starting a bunch of discussions and not responding to them. I also try to respond to my friend's discussions, so that really does not leave a lot of extra time to start a bunch of discussions myself.

There is no limit at all but I wish they would think about implememting one. I agree with you that it is absurd that some users start so many topics one after the other and then never get back to them. Those are not discussions at all and they just spoil things because they bury the better discussions which are worthy of attention.

Another problem with starting a bunch of discussions and never commenting on the responses is that it prevents somebody else that would comment back from starting the same discussion. You will notice that the more you comment and respond to other people's comments, the faster your earnings will increase. You will also tend to get more responses to your discussions, because it is more fun to respond to people that interact on their own discussions. I hope that this helps you, and remember to have fun, too.

Well. If you are free, and have topics, erupting in your mind, you can write 500 topics, in a day, do not worry for repetition, just go in your profile and check your interests and start 10 discussions from every interest category. This will help you easily achieve that number projected. Starting new topics, will definitely earn more in my lot.

Gunjanpri, that is not correct, and it is very bad advice. You should read the myLot guidelines before attempting to offer advice. They are at http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx
First, you should not repeat discussions. This is against myLot rules, and the repeated discussions will be deleted. Anybody that responded to the deleted discussions will not only lose their comment but also the money they earned from that comment. If this happens frequently, then people will probably stop responding to that person's discussions. In addition, myLot can ban the account of a person for continuing to post repeated discussions.
Second, you do not earn more money for posting a bunch of discussions. You earn for what you do, so if you respond to a bunch of discussions started by other people or comment on responses to your own discussions, that will earn you money. People commenting on a bunch of your discussions, however, does not earn you any money unless you reply to those responses.

I t is hard for me as well to think of things to start a dissussion too.Sonetimes I get frustated because I dont know what to talk about either but I just keep trying.Like right now is one of those times I reaaly cant think of what to say.:)

I do tend to try to start at least one discussion aday if i can as well as to reply to about ten if i get time.I do try to get around to alot of my friends on here first then i try to do more responses to other peoples discussions if i get the time.In the past i used to start at least five and then reply to at least 30.
