How 2 start a new interest or group in MyLot ?

There are many Interests / Groups on MyLot Like : computers, internet, eating, people, travel etc. How can i start a new interest in MyLot where users can start their own discussions for the related interest type. I have some interests which are not categorized in the list of MyLot interests.
