Our neighbors have a for sale sign up :-(

I looked outside this morning and noticed that our neighbors have a for sale sign in their yard. I knew they were going to be moving to Florida but I didn't know they were going to do it this soon. I thought they were going to stay here a little while longer like a year or two. I will miss them cause they are really great neighbors. The little boy comes over and plays with my little boy sometimes and they will do anything for you if you need them to. They are just all around good neighbors and you don't always get that. I hope the new people that move into their house will be as nice as them. The rest of my neighbors are really nice too. Do you have nice neighbors or mean ones? Do you have any neighbor stories to share with us either good or bad?

All my neighbors are old people that keep to themselves really nice though, once they paid me 10 dollars to come fix their tv, I didn't want to accept, but they insisted they said cheaper to pay me than cable company...lol

My neighbor is a very strange and unusual person. He is an older gentlemen, with very strange ways. He means well sometime but doesn't really take a good look at his actions. He thinks everything he does for you neighborly comes with a price. He wants respect from others but he is not very respectful. He is a neighbor that most of the people in the neighborhood just plain don't have anything to do with. As for me I have very little problem out of him because I didn't let run over me when he first moved here, so we have a good understanding of each other. I know when to back off and he does too. Not that I am bad or anything, I just demand respect from him and I get it.

I know some people like that...I'm glad they aren't my neighbors though. lol But if you let them know they aren't going to run all over you then they won't try (most of the time).
