Free breast implants for joining the army?

I just heard the funniest thing! Females in Australia who join the army recieve free breast implants. They say it's to motivate the troops and to raise morale. I just don't see why women need breast implants if they are going to go fight in a war. I think they would probably just get in the way! Lol

Upon reading this, I immediately thought that this was the typical internet myth that is stretched out of proportion. But a little research turned up some articles that validate the practice.
WOW.
They claim its not routine and that many forms of cosmetic procedures are done for women for "psychological" reasons. Are you kidding me? I'd love to see the research they did before coming up with this idea. Are there many women in the Austrailia aremd forces that are THAT concerned about their personal appearance?
