what should be the most important characteristic for an employee? own-ability or teamwork?

I think you have got the answer,you yourself maybe the best answer.Suppose it,can you eat without your hands,can you sleep without your eyes close,can you say love to your girl without thinking over it before,and can you think about things just with your feet,you can't your body is a master of teamwork.

If it's about teamwork related then the ability to do their job as specified and can collaborate with other as needed. How do you measure teamwork ability anyway? Everyone sucks if the team organizer suck.
