It Is Good To Be Back

It has been a very long time since I last posted here. A few minutes ago, I have changed that by making a new post and hopefully I would be back to my active mode here from now on... So what had happened to me? It all started back in January this year. The company that I worked for suddenly decided to close its operation. My fault was to bring too much profit to the company that trigger the greediness in the main shareholders' heads. When they saw the money and coupled with the economic uncertainties of doing business in 2009 and 2010, they decided that the best way is to pull out, take their money and do something else. As a result, I had to spend months looking for a new job and I had to devote most of my time either scanning the newspapers and the internet for jobs or having to attend one interviews after another. After struggling for about two months, I finally managed to secure a job. The pay was much lesser than my old job but I did not have much choice as I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. It is better than nothing. Anyway, the first few months at work, I was bsuy adapting myself to new people, new products, new job requirements and new culture. Lot's of new stuffs that I need to cover within a short period of time given. Being someone who came with some level of experience, I was expected to get into the groove of things in no time... The came the actual work. I am a project manager and therefore, most of my time was spent on making sure that a project takes off according to plan and eventually land down according to plan as well. Now that things are pretty much settled, I believe that I can spend a couple fo minutes a day and let you have something to read. Till then, take care and have a nice day!
