What will you do if you forget your relative's birthday

I've forgot my brother's birthday this month. We have really good relationship but really bad that I forgot his birthday this year. Could you pls suggest that what can I do to compensate this? Do you have such experience and what did you do?

I am sure he is not too upset that you forgot his birthday. But maybe you could take him to dinner or make dinner at your house for him.
