Make habit of eating tiny fishes. You can make a food item of any tiny fish. Vitamin D and Calcium are very essential to keep our bones strong. These two ingredients you will get in small or tiny fishes. Tiny fishes are especially beneficial for growing children and mothers. You shall have to eat tiny fishes with bones. Fish-bones are enriched with Calcium and Vitamin D.If you feel uneasy to eat tiny fishes with bones then you can paste the tiny fishes. After boiling tiny fishes you blend them and make a food item. Mix some spices. It will be delicious.

We can't get tiny fish here, far from the sea, unless we buy it canned. Sardines are canned with the bone in, as is jack salmon (NOT a tiny fish). I think any fish that you eat with the bone in adds calcium to your diet. I canned trout with the bones in and that works, too.

We asians like to eat tiny fishes and it contains a lot of vitamins. We like ikan bilis (indonesian name for this small fish) for our soup and and for cooking. It tastes a bit salty but it is nice taste and can make your soup more delicious. We usually add this fish for our soup flavour.
