Well I have recently tried phpBB3 and I am now able to create forums with almost zero effort..My question is .."Does it contained spam filters or Do I have to install some?"..
Congratulations on your forum. I think you should have to install spam filters because it will not automatically comes out once you created a site, it should be installed according to my programmers friends.
