Well, I will speak from personal experience as I am 4 months pregnant right now.
The late period can definately be a sign of pregnancy but can also be caused by other factors such as stress, change in medication, illness, weight fluctuation or something as simple as changes in your daily schedule like if you go to working from dayshift to nightshift.
In my case, along with my missed period I suddently started feeling an extreme fatigue, I needed to take a lot of naps during the day. Also I developped strong aversions to foods that I could eat before like eggplant, eggs and all kinds of meat.
I also started feeling more and more ill in the morning and throwing up more often. Also I had terrible moodswings, I didn't dare watch any dramas and I would also get irritated more easily.
That is my experience but your symptoms can vary and be much different than mine.
The only way you will know for sure is to take a reliable pregnancy test and later go to confirm the test's results with your doctor. All the best!

There are numerous signs to be aware of. Some pregnancy signs doesn't occur to all females. Of course, the sign of nausea or vomiting in the morning is one. But, you could also get nausea from the sight or smell of food. Your bosom might become tender to the touch or it might seem to be a little bigger than before. Sleepiness or constant mood swings are signs as well. There is also the craving for foods at certain moments. These are just some signs of pregnancy. Since, all female bodies aren't the same; it'll be hard to tell you what sign you can count on. There are so many factors in knowing for sure, if you're pregnant. You might be experiencing some or none of the signs mention above. I hope this helps you out.
