Neuropsychologists say that stress really makes a person forgetful. It doesn't about the extreme stress but simply being tired. Being tired is simply enough to impair memory because its such a complex neurological function. Experts say that it makes the brain overwhelmed. Hence, it is better to review your to-do list or you may set your cell alarm or set tour calendar in order to complete a task. Enough rest is highly recommended.

I have a hard enough time sleeping as it is. Add stress to it, and boy oh boy, I forget my name sometimes.
