I eat my lunch at noon. This is the coventional time for lunch . I also chose that time because when you take lunch at that time, you meet your energy requirements for the body for that afternoon.

if i have classes during the day, then i eat lunch at 1 cause that's the only break we have. if i dont have classes, then i usually eat lunch at 12 or 12:30

i eat lunch around 1 o clock,if i am at work.if i am at home the time always change,it could be anytime from 12 to 2....the important thing is that we eat lunch.
