Does education in our country had good quality?

While based upon current facts we all know that our education system needs some better prospective. There are lots of Engineering colleges nowadays grown day to day, does all have a good atmosphere quality education for students. How many colleges had good infrastructure, most of the colleges got affiliated without good infrastructures. In news its real recently in a Engineering college in Chennai it also has its school, the school teachers taken classes for Engineering students when the college was facing inspection by education professionals. It occurs in many colleges, our Ministry of Human Resources department should directly involve into this problem to resolve recession in Education.
