When "come-ons" go overboard..

P.S. I have lots of respect for gays. But I think this was an incident that left quite a mark on my young, fragile mind.
Today, like most days, I took the public transportation going home. I took the "jeepney" as it's the cheapest way to reach my house compared to taxis. Upon going in the jeep, a cute guy followed suit and sat beside me. Then, after a few blocks, 2 gay teenagers went up the jeep. At first, their actions seemed a bit subtle, nudging each other as they looked at the cute guy. But the next scene left me shocked (though I didn't show it). One of them sat a bit forward and said loudly (I shall translate what he said in English) "Yummy boy". And then, to make it worse, the gay teen touched his lips and smacked them loudly and added, "These lips are ready for anything. I'm good you know." I know it sounds funny, but for their age, I was flabbergasted. I couldn't think of a worse "come-on". And the guy looked like he wanted to punch the two, but he was just holding himself back and kept on texting someone instead. I mean, come on people, respect begets respect.
I just wanted to rant! So, any comments are really welcome! What would you have done if you were in my shoes, or better yet, the cute guy?

I know what you mean. Whether gay or straight there are some rotten people like this. I had a similar situation happen in an elevator where a straight man was being rude to me.
My brother, however, has had some bad experiences with some gay men. He went to this party. It was our neighbor's birthday. Some of the guests were gays from our neighborhood. He wasn't trying to mix with them because they always try to chase him around. They have a crush on him or something.
Anyway, suddenly there was a power failure. It was dark of course and suddenly someone held his hands and another person grabbed his privates and then ran away. He never knew who did it but he was pissed off.
If i were you, I'd probably tell those teenagers to have manners and bug off.

I agree. Whether straight or not, there are really rotten people out there.
Oh gosh, that would probably be one of the worst things that could happen to a guy! I really don't get why people have to do that. To go to extremes just to be noticed? I don't think so. Let me say it again, respect begets respect.

I never thought of them as competition. Period. I only felt pity on the part of the guy, who was must have been feeling harassed.
