Buxhost sites are scam?

I've tried the paid to click sites hosted on buxhost sites... for 1 month i've clicked ads... always when i'm about near the payout the site is already down or there are lot of complaints... or the site is suspended... i've learned already and i won't endorse anymore any buxhost sites... at first they will pay then after a month they are gone... i wonder still there are lot of buxhost sites coming up and they still scam many people....
